Don't order from these crooks. Ordered a christmas themed sweater on Nov. 22 and was promised multiple times by them that it would arrive on or before Dec. 24 and it didn't show up yet. I tried contacting them a week ago after my package was sitting in China waiting to be shipped out for several days and the only thing they told me was that refunds are not offered more than 24 hours after the order is placed. My family Christmas photos are ruined now and this sorry excuse for a company won't own up to their own wrong-doing.
