#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
100% tested perfectly functioning authentic vacuum tubes
AUTHOR: Tejas Tubes - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Monday, August 25, 2008
The above statements are obviously a total falsehood and another lame attempt by this person to besmerch our name. We have 100% positive feedback on eBay (over 780) and the tubes which were sent to this person were 100% authentic, not counterfiet as described above, and tested completely at our facility PRIOR to shipment.
If sensitive vacuum tubes are damaged during transit, then we ask that a claim be filed with the freight carrier (in this case USPS) which this particular buyer was unwilling to complete. This was not an attempt to defraud anyone. We find it interesting that this person bought one tube ($29.99) from us under one eBay user ID, and then bought another one which was exactly the same from us under a completely different eBay user ID about a month later. If the first tube was bad why did he go ahead and buy another one? And then TRY leave us negative feedback? We should also mention that he did the same crazy thing with many other eBay sellers and both of his accounts were suspended by eBay due to his dishonest and obvious malicious intent.
We encourage anyone seriously interested obtaining high quality vacuum tubes for their guitar amplifiers or Hi-fi stereos to contact us directly should you have any concerns whatsoever.
