I was lead to believe that this would be a way to seek care without a trip to a primary care physican or urgent care facility for non-urgent medical consults. I have spent money and time only to be told that I was not going to be helped. The website did not provide proper indication of this fact. If I had been properly informed, I would not have wasted my time or money for a phone call from a doctor that lasted less than a minute.
