I sent these clowns a check for $3,132.00, they did no work at all, and will not give my money back. They now say that they will only issue a credit, A CREDIT!!! Due to the fact that no work was done, and the reasoning being, that they had internal issues, all I asked for was my money to be refunded. I did not ask for any of their money, no, just my money back. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE FRAUDS!!!

I would like to respond to this fabrication. Tele-Pros has been in business for many years and this is the first time that anyone has reported us due to unsatisfactory work. The company that has written this report is obviously not providing all of the facts.

On December 7, 2007 we were contracted by Two Red Heads to provide them with 120 leads. The client was asked to fill out a Client Requirement Form which outlined his expectations of the project. We began the project to find out that the client rejected the leads based on the fact that they were not what he wanted, but did meet the requirement that he had filled out in the form. We then met with the client over the phone and discussed the changes that he wanted and started the project again. This went on several times until finally he asked us to put the project on hold. 

In September 2009 we received a call from an Attorney requesting a full refund on behalf of Two Red Heads. We explained our side of the situation and also provided him with as copy of the contract signed by Two Red Heads. The Lawyer understood and we never heard from him again. We then received several calls from a collection agency and we explained the same thing and now they have stopped calling.

Based on the length of time that has passed without any contact from Two Red Heads directly, we are prepared to provide him with a full credit without any deductions for leads that have already been sent to him.

In closing it has been almost 2 years since we have had any contact with this client and then all of a sudden in September of this year he decides that he wants a full refund. What company if any offer refunds after 2 years of no contact. Besides, there was never any discussion of a refund in the first place. Please review our Service Guarantee Below.

      Tele-Pros will provide all leads directly updated to our proprietary web based
      software where the client will have access to the leads only 24x7. All leads
      generated on this campaign are exclusive to the client and will not be distributed
      to anyone other then the client in any manner. Tele-Pros also Guarantees that all
      leads meet the clients criteria and requirements. Any unqualified leads are
      replaced at no additional charge to the client.

I am still prepared to provide Two Red Heads with a full credit and am prepared to start his project once again. My suggestion would be for him to call me directly and discuss this like 2 adults instead of sending Lawyers and Collection Agencies to solve his problems for him.

He has my number and my e-mail address because he made sure that his Lawyer and Collection Agency had them. All he had to do was call me and this ridiculous waste of time could have been avoided.

there was no inside issues, and a contract is a contract, You may have paid the but they never paid the staff....they always told us it was because the clients never paid.
Good to see someone standing up to them. I wish I knew who you were because we cold have done this for 1/2 the money they charge and got your results.
