On December 13, 2010, I ordered a Chef Basket via the phone (800-465-8804). The promotion was to order one basket and get a 2nd one free + a free knife. The total for these three items was advertised as $14.99.

I received the product on January 13, 2011. Within the package, there were 4 baskets and 2 knives. They charged $19.98 for 2 of the baskets and $4.99 for the 2 knives. The total amount charged with taxes and S&H came out to $69.22!

I should have searched for reviews about Chef Basket before purchasing the product because I realized that this double charging scam is common practice for this company. Other consumers be cautious!
