Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Telecheck Hawaii controls the purchases of ALL Hawaii Foodlands. Foodland refused a LEGITIMATE CHECK from smeone with over an 800 credit rating, and refused to sell her groceries, and she needlessly starved and suffered physical, emotional psychological duress as a result. If you are an attorney, please file a class actin lawsuit and I will coe forward about Tlecheck's fraud and how FOODLAND hlps them commit securities fraud!!!!

First of all Telecheck does not "control" the purchases. They are a check authorization company and for what ever reason decided to decline your check. Credit Score has NOTHING to do with this.
As for any starving or distress, that is 100% on you. Any account that has the ability to write a check, also will give you a debit card. Then just like a check a debit card comes out of your checking account, but unlike a check a debit card is much more secure. And as long as you have enough money available in your account your purchase would be approved.
As for securities fraud, you need to get yourself a dictionary. As "securities fraud" has to do with a misreprenentation by a broker or company in terms of stocks or any other investment.
Oh and the odds of someone with a credit score of over 800 to not have a regular credit card is extreamly slim. So why if for some reason you don't have a debit card did you not use one of your credit cards?

It isn’t fraud because a business has the right to decline a check. Your credit rating is not relevant. Your claim of starvation is an outright lie. Next time use a debit card.
Securities fraud refers to misrepresentation of information used by investors to make decisions.
Go to Target and buy a dictionary. Don’t forget your debit card.

Your report makes no sense!!! How did this store cause physical, emotional and psychological stress to this "individual" who's check was denied???? Makes no sense and BTW the ONLY person(s) who benefit from any class action suit is the ATTORNEY(S). Not worthy of any lawsuit.
