After using the website, which was suppose to be free, i get a bill for $13.22 a month for free voice messaging. But after talking to customer service, they were willing to forgo to $6.00 a month for free service. i cancelled the servive within the within the allotted time and was given a confermation number for the cancel.

this number will be kept with their e-mail until i see my next bill the cancel number was 1-800-775-4610 or 1-866-851-3357. no problem to cancel. but this is not how i would do business.

watch out everyone when it says free
