I was contacted by Telephone First Capitial for an offer of 6.5 % Credit card with a $3000.00 limit, for a one time fee of $299.00.

Two months latter thy took my mony from my account, it ha now been three weeks latter and I still don't have my card or any way to contact them.

The address and internet add. is false, because I have no way of getting that information.
