I started my employment with Telequest Corporation on April 2, 2007 whereby I signed a standard contract with Mike Kawa for a TSR position. I completed all task required by the Company.

After a short period of time, I was then promoted to a "Key Employee Status" with Telequest Corporation, where as my duties increased to more of operations sales management functions. Yes, I did gain a bit more money, however on a reduced pay scale. My new functions as a key employee with were setup and administer a new product for Telequest Corporation. An example was to setup a VOIP call center services and a payroll time clock system and interviewed and trained all new employees, including the new HR person.

I created the majority of calling scripts that played a huge roll in Mike Kawa landing a 200K contract with Blue Coast Financial Corporation, which was calling on medium to large local companies to help the sales efforts of United States First Energy. Several people had direct customer interface for the majority of pilot projects with Telequest Corporation. In fact I was the head of fulfillment of all TSR functions of the entire company, reflecting on the companys performance.

In the beginning of my employment with Telequest Corporation, at the same time of signing with Mike Kawa, a contract with ProCap "Dana Larson", President of that company, which is a leasing company, but the funniest part of this job function is when I called on the Aviation Companies to sell leasing options , I was told to cease and desist all calling on these types of companies , which I immediately did, based upon the direct order of the President of ProCap, however the same day because of my calling sales effort "Aircraft Banking Centers" called me to try and gain a lease with ProCap, the summary of this account was completed with the knowledge of Dana Larson requesting quotes on some of the planes that he required to do a lease for, this is after I had quotes in for 4.5 Million dollars, whereby I was completely taken out of the computer system and was no longer considered a Broker where I still have a contract with them, but where did my possible commissions of 20% go?

I started to wonder am I getting railroaded again but when I was prompted so quickly , it seemed to me a cove up of why I need to focus to complete a very pivotal sequence of events to launch this company into a saleable franchise. I completed implementation of all networking and employees into the departments suited to the success of this project, only to be dismissed one week before I would be eligible for unemployment benefits, one week before Christmas, after being told by him that he would never "lay anyone off at Christmas time". On Friday, December, 14th 2007, I was called into his office and handed what he called my final paycheck, stating that "this is just not working out". When approached for vacation pay as per contract he stated "you will never get another dime from this company". I asked if he was refusing to pay me the monies I have earned, and he said yes, I then went and filed my claim with The Texas Workforce Commission, but the time frame has seriously jeopardized my ability to pay my living expenses. He put an employee that I trained in my position for less than half the wages. I have personally seen him practice this same behavior with numerous employees, which had to beg for their money and didn't receive it.

I now see a pattern of Mike Kawa with the people he likes to do business with. If anyone asks about Chris D Dunn with any of these campaigns they would state that I did a great job and tried to help each and every customer to the best of my ability and company limitations that were put upon me. I would like to investigate these matters further, to induce exposure of corporate suspicious behaviors towards employees and clients alike. . I was appalled at the degradation that he caused his "lesser employees," but was unable to sway his behavior; therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to alert the public to the shady practices of Mike Kawa, President of Telequest Corporation, in hopes that there could be changes in the workplace to enforce fair treatment and compensation with integrity!

Direct Knowledge

{1}I received a paycheck on 12-7-2007 with an interoffice memo from Mr.Kawa, tocash this paycheck at Ace Cash Express, located on the northeast corner of Alpha and Monfort. With intent to defraud with knowledge that checks written to all employees would not clear the bank, due to the slow accounts receivable at this time of year in this industry.

Ace Cash Express called me directly on 12-14-2007 and was informed by Ace Cash Express that I could no longer cash a check with them until the situation was rectified with the company as per the fraud departments request because I endorsed the paycheck in question. I then sent Mr. Kawa an e-mail to inform him of their call and was fired that day. I believe that he involved me in an illegal venture with an institution that could be detrimental to my well being. Of course I had no idea that the check was hot when I cashed it since I was directed by Mike Kawa.

{2} employee's having to wait over or under 1 week to receive a check the week before, Daryl Dickson, Candy Cover and one check was funded by Renee Fairchild, as a loan to the company, however the President of the company Mr. Mike Kawa acted like a child and got mad and Renee Fairchild whereby she went home to work for the rest of the day simply by asking for the money he borrowed from her to make payroll.

3. TSR Less Williams waiting for over months for his final paycheck, where by I took a direct call from him stating that Mr. Mike Kawa wrote him a hot check and his only means of resolve was to go directly to the office whereby I witness him there and did not receive his check, funny item the same day I was fired Mr. Kawa paid his final check to him and we went down the elevator together.

4. TRS Cheryl Brasinigton never has received a commission check to date after numerous attempts, what seems as a melly $500.00 it has caused her a great deal of pain and suffering. She too has file with the BBB.org and the Texas Payday Lawyer.

5. Chris D Dunn refused complete vacation pay direct from Mr. Mike Kawa, direct refusal on email and phone conservation. This is under review by the BBS.org and Texas Workforce Commission.

6. Telequest Corporation relationships, ProCap and Blue Coast Financial not fulfilling contracts either for money and or Mr. Mike Kawa acting as a loose canon. In fact Mr. Mike Kawa stated that he has filed with his attorney with Blue Coast Financial and United States First Energy for lack of payment to his company, but will not pay the employees their due wages as per contract for hours or commissions and threatening job unless you produce within a set amount of time , just to not be compensated.

7. Michelle Morgan, a "key" employee, must have a history with him, and the alarming point of that is that she is a convicted felon, and he is practicing criminal behavior, while in custody of her child, i.e. signing NFS checks, withholding wages ,etc. I believe enough damage has been done especially at a corporate level to deserve some attention. Since Mr. Kawa is this questionable in his character, how could he possibly be an inspirational role model to this precious child? That is just a question and in no way is an accusation.

8. Summary;
In hopes of preventing this continued behavior from a man with the corporate power to affect as many lives as he does , even through The Government Work Force Commission. using them to obtain the employees that he thieves from, I would like to hear personally from any individual that has been affected by Mike Kawa at Telequest Corporation ,Please E-Mail me at @yahoo.com..
