Teleseven-OAN-Qwest Telephone Complaint Ripoff Nationwide

I noticed on my SBC bill that my local and long distance phone carrier was changed to QWEST Comm Corp without my authorization and that OAN services was billing on behalf of TELESEVEN 6.44 for a directory assistance call. I called OAN services at 1-800-926-6435 and was informed that the charge was for a charge to either dialing 10-10-275 for long distance or for calling a 1-800 number which refered me to another 1-800 number.

P.S. After installing the new yahoo anti-spy toolbar I found that QWEST communications was trying to access my computer!
