Our telephone carrier, Qwest, billed us through a company called OAN for a directory assistance phone call that lasted 1 minute on behalf of Teleseven LLC. The long distance charge was $4.33, Carrier/Admin fee was $1.65 and taxes, fees and surcharges amounted to $.98 for a total of $6.96. Preposterous!!!!
