Teleten rip-off! Los Angeles California

I had to prepay for leads which seemed ok, but after receiving leads that have been called by four other companies within the past two days and never called before then I started to ask the leads if they believed that their first call was a Teleten call, and all leads confirmed that fact.

They sell exclusive but then resell all leads at least three times. By the time I reached the leads they did not even want a mortgage quote. I paid for leads of people that had 7% or higher, some leads were already at 6%. If I don't get my money back then this is clearly a ripoff scam.
