I order a Harris NetVx GBE-C11 Video over IP Transporter Card, they need payment up front so I sent them a check for $2,209.59 and the shipped...  I received the package  and found insid a Astra ENC-S11 SD Encoder Card, no use to me it is a completely diffent than what I ordered and paid for...
