Justice has been served to the highest level of the law with Tellus Medical and Rick Germano.....the courts of Sonoma County and the State of California ruled in favor of Cynthia Connors earlier this year.  If anyone should have been sued for slander and outright lies to should have been Tellus Medical and its owner Rick Germano.  All records are available via both jurisdictions to the public.....altho she went into court and represented herself with copious amounts of evidence against Germano he never showed up for any of the apprearances and sent attorneys instead who were told to pay Ms. Connors by the judge.  Vindication can be found in our system when you are honest and forthright.  This is a lesson that Mr. Germano should have learned.......a lesson in honesty and not slandering united states citizens......

What a joke this guy is.........theft of gasoline??? Awwww come on Germano you can do better than that can't you? It was YOUR registered vehicle i was gassing and as for filling up more than one vehicle that one is even better because those were the people that you were SUPPOSED to pay for setting up your new warehouse in Northern California who were picking up and delivering YOUR inventory and discarding YOUR garbage from YOUR warehouse. Put your money where your mouth is Germano "will be used for prosection" is a blatant lie... it has now been over a year and to slander me with untruths is a joke.... read your law books buddy, statute of limitations in this county is one year and that time has long since passed. I guess you forgot to mention to the innocent readers of this site that YOU currently are in a case involving the California Department of Labor Standards Enforcement as well for ripping off your employees as well. The only reason you "fired" anyone Germano was to perpectually re sell the client list to your buddies Germano and ripped off the person who bought the original company in good faith a word that is foreign to you. I guess all of the vendors that you still haven't paid when you bought literally THOUSANDS of dollars worth of goods from such as Airgas, the alarm company, etc. must have been using your gas cards too and you must have them on video correct? Will you be prosecuting them as well?
Stating that Tellus has also learned of suits filed with me as the plaintiff is correct Germano, i guess any idiot would do his homework and note that in those suits that i filed the JUDGE is the one who made the decision that i was to win the case based upon facts and independent witness' so i guess the judges also don't know what they're doing. The company was up and in operation less than six weeks because you got what you wanted thousands of dollars monthly of accounts or is one of the guys you sold the list to..... Jason also lying? I don't waste time on people llike you because its simple i just let go and let God take care of you because i know in this life you get 10 fold what you've given. You may want to check the spelling of my name because at least on your bounced payroll checks you got it right. I definately look forward to seeing you again.....especially when i get that civil warrant issued for YOUR arrest because unlike you i stay within the means of the law and once the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement judge makes her decision i'll come after you again and again and again and again. People like you should be put out of business because you are a scam artist or is it all of the pain pills you take that make you just a little foggy and full of grandeur? The court obviously vindicated Rick Germano today. He was not held responsible for this frivolous small claims suit. The suit was tried in a San Diego court. Furthemore, in response to the second posting: Ms. Connors was let go by Tellus for THEFT of gasoline. Tellus has video of her stealing fuel. The video shows her filling more than one vehicle. There was also more than one person in the video, and Tellus only had one representitive in the Santa Rosa area. However Ms. Connors used the Tellus credit card to fill more than one vehicle without authorization. The video will be used for criminal prosecution. Tellus has also learned of WORKERS COMP SUITS/ SEXUAL HARRASMENT SUITS/ with Ms. Connors as the plaintiff. It seams that Ms. Connors has been wronged by many, many,many, companies.

The first posting is by a vendor that has a pending lawsuit. The results of this lawsuit will be posted on this report. The 2nd posting is also being investigated.

A determination will be made pending an asset investigation to determine if a slander suit is in the best interst of the person and company mentioned.

I just read the complaint filed against Tellus Medical and Provision First Aid. You haven't even touched the surface of the owner and this company. The majority of companies he purchases from has him on a COD status, he doesn't pay his bills, this guy is unbelievable and a rip off artist. He set up a company in Northern California and left all of his vendors holding the ball and lied saying he never signed a contract which he did and he still didn't pay them the thousands of dollars he owes them. He brought on a new manager who came with literally hundreds of accounts, had her set up the company, got her entire client list into his database and then shut down the company within 6 weeks and has perpetually sold that client list to other companies. The guy is arrogant, a pathological liar and scam artist so it doesn't surprise me that he stole from you and basically had his own employee i'm sure use everything you did for him and flip it into work he uses and probably stays within the legal lines within a hair of the law. His employee payroll checks bounce, he threatens accounts and employees with legal proceedings but the good news is that this guys answers to his Mom and what 50 something "self made" man which he claims to be does that? He's in serious need of help. Count yourself lucky that you experienced so little with this company or i suggest you go after him legally either through small claims or superior court and give him a little of what he did to you. The word is getting out about this guy and this web site is a perfect start. Buyer beware!!!!
