Telus Satellite TV Representative lied about monthly cost & no Contract. Internet

Telemarketer from Telus called about satellite TV, I indicated that I did not want a contract. The offer they indicated was a free laptop, PVR, for so much a month. I told them I did not want a contract. We called Telus back to confirm price, they confirmed and no contract. They came & installed, we recieved first bill and no credits as promised, also price higher. We called back & they said we had to get contract to get special monthly price. Bait & Switch. Telus is crooked.

No, that is not a "Bait and Switch". It apparently was, however, a lie on their part though.
