This company charged my credit card, then cancelled my account for obscure reasons. then told me they will reimburse me but never did.

Called them asking for the status of reimbursement they said it was reimbursed, then asked for transaction # declined to provide it.

They then said to contact my bank to dispute the charge.

Don't do business with TELZIO.com  this company is BAD.

This is falsification of facts, this is my card and still have my card with me, are you stipulating fake information to escape public scrutuny ?

in giving the idea that maybe I stole my own debit card ? in order to used it just for your stupiid service ? surreal that's all I can say.

You made me wait for you to clear the funds before letting me access to your services..and provided a charge receipt.....Lies lies...

if theyre was no charge why did you sent me that email with a receipt of debit card charge ? is this a fake receipt on a fake transaction ?

Will check did with my bank, ask them to provide transaction number while reading you poor response.

I guess your response on that one is that I maybe sufffer from vision impairement, and need to consult a doctor ?

Are you NSA funded, As living in America, do i still have the right to travel or do I have to report any of my Travels to a stupid VOIP company ?

Do you also want a xrays of my genitals to be sure you deal with a man ? or some pee sample to check my DNA into verifying that two step security question, is correct and that my mother is my real mother ? at this stage nothing will suprise me anymore from corporate stupidity.

I do have a VISA (International is part of the name in case you missed it) card that allow me to use it while my multiple worldwide travels. BUT IT IS NOT OF YOUR BUSINESS RIGHT ? or maybe you try to issue a ban travel on your customers ? And my card was never reported stolen.

I created one phone number while overseas trying to create one business facebook account for one of my multiple companies.

Guys you see too mutch 007 movies, come back to earth. real people still use computers for real purposes...

If while us resident I cannot use a voip service with a phone that I pay for to do my own business than guys you have a wrong view of your customers, but I understand now that your spy on the communications of your customers FTC will be interested to get that one, and advise anybody to carrefully read this response this is the perfect example of CORPORATE STUPIDITY.

My personal advice, you should rename Telzio to telZero it will be more accurate...

The charge for your account was never captured, because our credit card processor reported the card as stolen. Now, because the charge was never captured there is nothing to refund - the funds were never drawn from your account, and as so we do not have a transaction number to provide - there never was one in the first place. 

We recommended that you contact your bank to seek a dispute, because while doing so they would be able to let you know that there is nothing to dispute. The transaction was never completed in the first place.

Further more, we noticed that you used an American issued credit card and billing address, but your IP address is in Voluntari, Romania.

The reason why your account was suspended, was because you created phone numbers with the sole purpose of activating multiple Facebook accounts, which is strictly against our Acceptable Use Policy.
