Do not call this guy ever. He installed "Guardian Monitor" in my win32 files. He was hired by my wife to fix our desktop which had crashed while I was in Iraq. Not only did he install spyware on my computer but he made a pass at my wife and then threatened her. His wife told me he copies files off all the computers he "fixes" and keeps the disks for future use. I tried changing my home and cell numbers but the very next day he was calling to let us know he had the new numbers.

Deb Jenkins Liar or Fake

AUTHOR: Ripped Off Customer - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 28, 2011

I am really sorry you are stupid enough to defend your "husband" or ex husband. I have had a recent experience with this man and he has been sending me non-stop text messages harrasing me. He is unprofessional and should be locked in a cage and dumped in the ocean.

He is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL never solved anything and took our money. If you ever hear this mans name as a good reference for a computer repair - you make sure to punch that person square in the face for almost screwing you over and wasting your hard earned cash.

AUTHOR: Deborah Jenkins - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, July 26, 2008

I am Jim Jenkin's ex-wife Debbie and the guy that wrote this about Jim doesn't know what he's talking about. He was gone and I was here. His wife would not leave my husband alone. She called him all the time. And when I would come home from work she would be there. She wanted my husband. While her husband was in Iraq she was sleeping with alot of men including my husband. Because of her I left my husband and got a divorce. She is a lier. When my husband didn't come home one night I called her and asked her if she had seen my husband and she said no. He never came home that night. So that next morning I went to her house and guess who was there. My husband Jim. He was there all night. Patricio your wife Kat is a lier! She told a story just to save her butt. You are a fool to trust her.
Yours truly Deborah

#2 Consumer Suggestion

Solution

AUTHOR: Elliott - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Thursday, October 27, 2005

I would make a note of the data on your computer that is of significant value (business items, family momentos, etc) and have them backed up to some form of more permanent media such as a CD.

I would then also be careful of using programs that require you to type your password in, such as banking details, etc. Use the onscreen keyboard because it can't be traced by keyloggers, however if he already has the data, he's not likely to care.

Warn your banks and other such things or change the passwords on a friends computer that you know is safe (or use the Onscreen keyboard when typing the new password in).

Then, have the computer formatted and reinstall the software either yourself or get a competent friend or trustworty computer technician to do so). After that install a firewall product (I recommend and personally use Kerio which is free for home use). This will alert you to outgoing and incoming connections which can stop malware. Also keep windows up to date with security patches, and use a malware/spyware scanner such as the one in XP SP2 or X-Cleaner/Adaware (although I have issues with the latter X-cleaner is good and my personal choice). Similarly use a virus cleaner often and keep it up to date and periodically check the whole computer with a second virus killer (such as Panda's online scanner).

I hope that helps and that the problem resolves itself without other unpleasant issues. However you may also consider filing a complaint to your local law officers who can seize his computers and check their contents. If you have a backup of your data (i.e. another copy of the cd from above) they can compare them and find data he has stolen from you which is an offense.

People that tend to do these sort of things are often involved with other, less savory things so be careful and check bank and cc statements carefully each month.
