Tenneco-Monroe what shocks you! I bought 4 shocks and truts from Pepboys. I submitted the complete rebate paperwork in a timely maner. Their response was, "The Tenneco part number is not provided on your receipt/invoice OR the pro Farmington, Michigan
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Tenneco promises rebates on their Monroe Shocks. Don't buy it. Their response after a long wait for the rebate was "The Tenneco part number is not provided on your receipt/invoice OR the products purchased do not qualify for this promotion. Please provide complete and/ or valid part number and resubmit."
Time given to resubmit was a whole 2 days!!, Who has time to go back to Pepboys automotive and launch a major investigation in 2 days when one is too busy working (or trying to find work) and raising a family. Can you make this Ripoff a little more obvious?
