I provided all information requested by said rip off artist. Because I purchased the items separatly because of (price) that I don't qualify for the rebate even tho I submitted ALL forms and prices and receipts. They are clearly a scam/ripoff. I am a mechanic by trade and WILL NOT EVER USE MONROE AGAIN.

After many weeks and e-mails I finally got my rebate! Thanks to this site I'm sure.

They contacted me by mail with another denial. Today they contacted me by e-mail and said it "has been approved and I will receive my rebate in 4 to 5 weeks. I really hope so. Will update when received.
