This is the greatest ripoff report complaint that I have ever read!  You feel that you were scammed because you arrived late to an event that you had to be on time for And feel that the service provider should be held responsible.  Your attorney husband that is pressed for $128 is clearly not very good at his job and adding his name to this report takes away from his credibility as an attorney.  It is not the responsibility of any operator to call you and tell you (a grown adult) that you need to leave yourself some extra time incase there is an unexpected event that might delay you and cause you to miss the event.  They held your spot and were not able to resell it and are in no way responsible for your inability to arrive on time.  

There is not another single human on this planet that would agree with you.  Good luck finding one.

you should be ashamed that you put another human beings name on the internet in a negative way when you are 100% wrong and responsible for your own actions.  Hopefully when people google your husband when they need an attorney this review pops up.   I am sure it will help his business.  

Sounds like poor planning. I find it hard to believe your precious vaca. Did not provide a traffic report for the precise time you would leaving your home. Omg.. i would have had to laugh at you. Poor grown adults can't get their news to work. Or didn't give ample time for any kind of delay. It's called the news..or proper planning. Next time let them know you require a complete minute by minute traffic report the day of the vacation. Or a helicopter flight to ensure you get it together in time.  geeze.
