Terminex came to our house to resolve rat issue in the attic. They did not get rid of the rats. There was a dead rat smell for almost 2 months. They had a sign a contract. I finally had to get rat poison at a local exterminator and kill them myself. Terminex never returned any of my phone calls. SMAC is the company along with Terminex billing us. Terminex is giving us the run around.
