TerraCom is being sued by one of its master distributors. This company is working to clear its name and recover unpaid commissions. The lawsuit was filed on January 31, 2014 I am unable to obtain the details of the suit, and the master distributor will not speak to media or myself eventhough the owner knows who I am. However, I will say that thery are not asking for chump change, as this company was owe in excess of $200,000.00 when we terminated the contracts. The company's unpaid residual commission has been accruing since June, and has more than likely hit $400,000.00-$500,000.00.
Wow Dale you really f---ked up this one!!! What Dale thought would be a cake walk, is going to turn out being the undoing of TerraCom/YourTel as we know it. The company needs to start firing from the top, starting with Dale Schmick. He is the master mind behind this whole agent force being fired. He hates, with a passion, contractors yet they are the ones that put us on top. Oh by the way, the shoes you had on yesterday were ugly, upgrade yourself. You should enjoy some of this money before you head off to the BIG HOUSE. We're not going with you though buddy!!! We're just waiting for it to "hit the fan", and then we're spilling the beans. Literally --- Believe That
