Terrance Gowen makes up a response as if it is from a customer but it has his name on it.   These Rebath guys are not a smart bunch of guys. 

Stefany Mullens, Rebath Employee ,tells Terrible Lies And Fabrications To Hurt others. Stefany told and posted terrible lies and fabrications about former general manage , Terrance. P. Gowen to hurt his reputation in Orlando Florida



I have recently had my bathroom remodeled by a company formerly known as Re-new my bath out of orlando fl. I had the sales rep Terry Gowen come to my home and give me an estimate from a recent home show, and I must say

Terry was very kind and professional in every way. I told terry about the posting I have read on Rip off reports that worried us about the way he does business, or should I say the way Stefany Mullens portrayed Him on a blog some months ago.



I have to say that Terry was very knowleagable about his acrylic products and the products that Rebath offered, the company he used to work for. Terry explained the story about why the posting was done by Stefany Mullens, and after looking into other aspects of His background we went ahead and decided to use his Company. The project came out better than our expectations. We looked into the complaints of Rebath and found that there are quite a lot of unhappy customers nation wide and feel that we made the right decsion to have Terry Gowen and His company do our project.



Terry was even kind enough to give us names and numbers of Rebath customers that he dealt with when he was with Rebath of Central Florida, that told us that if it wasn't for his professionalism and care of our complaints they would have taken legal steps that would not have been in the best interest of Rebath. Stefany Mullens should be ashamed at the comments she posted about Terrance P. Gowen. and make a full public apology and ask for his forgiveness for telling such lies and making such absurd postings.

My Husband and I have already referred many of our friends and co-workers to Terrance P. Gowen's new company and wish him the best of luck.



Rebath really needs to look into who thay hire and pay more attention to making the customer the number one priority in the future.



Finally, we found and researched that Terrance P. Gowen's Company is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in full compliance in the State of Florida.

Make sure that your contractor, especially Rebath is in full compliance.
I wouldn't trust Stefany Mullens or Rebath to build me a dog house, the way she tried to destroy this mans good name. And what a shame that it never comes off the web. Karma will come around, I believe in that.

The retraction posted on 7/29/08, about the false accusations by "jackedup"
was really posted by Stefany, the lead setter for Rebath of Central Florida. Stefany only posted the so called retraction because I threathened her with a Libel and or defamation of character law suit, which she knows I would have won.
I still feel I may persue the law suit becasue the information on the original posting is false to a great extent. and in Her last retraction she stated that they thought the information was true and got it from word of mouth. Who's word of mouth. There is nothing in any court docucment in the State of Florida, or any State for that matter that has Me down for any time spent in jail or stealing money.
Rebath of Central Florida's Staff, Paul, Alison, and Stefany are responsible for the original posting, I have an e-mail from Paul stating that, and it was all a malicious
attemp to destroy my new business venture.
The Rebath of Central Florida is a very under performing franchise with Rebath, LLC
and it is allot worse off since I left. I will perservere with my new venture and hope that the readers of these bloggs will understand that business people make mistakes, Henry Ford Filed for bancruptcy, and was down to his last $239.00 when he sold his first Ford Model T, and the rest is history. Trust the small guys who don't have to make such large profits to meet overhead for your bathroom projects, we care about the finished product. I can give anyone references from the past year of how because of my management and professionlism they received what they expected. i can also give you a list of names of people that were taken advantage of by Rebath of Central Florida, before my arrival. I will even offer to do the job with no money down at all, you pay when the project is finshed to your satisfaction, let Rebath or anyone else try and make that offer, and I will beat any price Rebath of Central Florida, as well as any other competitor gives you by 10%

As you can see she did the posting out of anger, this is the e-mail she sent me the other day, and as I stated earlier she has never attemped to retract anything,
done completely out of malice to hurt me:

I will apologize for posting the blog online. As I explained before I was tired of all of us receiving harassing emails one right after the other. It seemed as if there was nothing that could be done to stop you so I, impulsively, posted a blog. You yourself should know a thing or two about acting on impulse. You and I also know that people make mistakes. I will say though, that every word I said on that blog I was lead to believe is on paper.most of which I've seen myself. IF for some reason I was given false information than again I apologize but I will not call myself a liar. I would never fabricate something like that under any circumstances. I am not a bad personI'm just as angry as you for having to deal with all of this aggravation. I will do my best to remove or at least edit the posting on rip off report. I explained to Rich that I will speak to every person in that company if I have to. If I had known that would've caused all of this I would've never done it! So once again, I apologize for the posting.

Also, We read on rip off report that it is up to the sites discretion whether or not a posting could be removed under certain circumstances so I assume it is possible. We have sent them an email explaining the situation requesting this be removed so we are waiting for a response on that. I would think it takes a day or two before we receive a response. At this time, I am unable to find a number to call but I am still searching.

The contents of the complaint postd by so called "steve" are, to a great extent, false, and without merit. It was all frabricated due to a failed organized interest in going into buisness as a partnership. I have never spent any time in jail ,that statement can be verified very easlily thru the web, I lived in Tampa, fl, Hillsborough county at the time of the alleged jail time. I've only had one traffice ticket in 35 years, that about the extent of my relationship with law inforcement. I have never stolen money off of anyone and ran with it, that is also verifiable via court records with Hillsborough County. I did however have my aluminum Specialitly License revoked for having to file bancruptcy 4 years ago due to ecomonic downturn.

I have since been employed by Rebath of Central Florida for 2 years as General Manager having successfully turned the franchise around from lousy customer service to a #9 out of 10 rating. Also having successfully increased business from roughly $50,000.00 a month in sales to anywhere from $150,000.00 to $250,000.00
a month given the time of year. The posting was made to hurt my attempt to return into business for myself and it will be as competition with Rebath of Central Florida. This product only needs for the owner to have a occupational license for bathtub resurfacing. I have had a background check completed by Home Depot because Rebath Of Central Florida is a at home service provider and a background check is required,I'm sure if I request it Home Depot would be more than happy to provide me a copy for anyone who would like one. if I did any Jail time or stole any money that would certainly have showed up on the report. This negative posting was done with malace to hurt my new venture, which by the way has not even startd on job yet, and I certainly do not have a contract with any Steve for a job schuduled. And the poster was not a (Steve) it was Stefany Mullens, Receptionist for Rebath of Central Florida, I have a letter of apology from her that I would be more than happy to e-mail anyone or fax it. I also would like to challenge Stefany Mullens, to come forward with any written document or proof to the (false) statement that I was in Jail and stole peoples money and ran. If I ran I didn't run too far. I'm right here in Orlando. Stefany Mullens has promised me she would post a retraction, to avoid litagation of defamation and Libel, but I have yet to see the posting. I hope she is a women of here word and does post the retraction letter.
