For those of you reading this that dont know us well, (Terry and Amy Hansen)
I can tell you we are just a normal married couple living in Colorado. I can also
tell you that the statements made about us are not only totally false, they go
against everything that we believe in.

Im sure the person who wrote this report is a nice lady as she claims to be,
but we are nice people too and this is clear case of buyers remorse turning
into distorted facts and misplaced blame.

To the person who posted this report: did you try calling us? Did you
try emailing us to let us know you werent satisfied? If you did, it never came
through. We get back to everyone who calls and/or emails. Every single time.
This person could have communicated to us that they were unhappy at any time.
We would have responded. They could have asked for a refund. We would have been
happy to provide her with one.   In fact, we don't hold a grudge, shoot us an email  or
give us a ring and we still will take care of you.


We have been in business for 7 years and have never had a single complaint.
There is a reason for that. We take care of our team. We have countless
testimonials (including video testimonials) from happy customers who would
attest to this.
