VERY shoddy work. 6 months after they left our job the tiles are falling off, the paint is peeling off the walls, etc. He put on a good front, said he was a Christian, but actions speak louder than words!!! As the owner of the House Doctor Company for thirty years I feel I have to speak a few truths about the claims against me.
1. Yes I am a Christian which does not make me perfect just forgiven. I am not above mistakes and if I failed to answers calls to Ann, I am sorry. Not because of the web sight complaint but because it's the right thing to do.
2. I do remember her asking me to cap off the top of a seven foot tall tile wall with tile and I do not remember sending anyone or going myself to do it. Certainly it could have been done by now if she had contacted me again.
3. I know absolutely nothing of tile or paint falling off the wall. At any given time I can give fifty local referances of customers who know my word is as good as a written guarantee.
4. I never get money up front and I did not with Ann. I get a check on each friday for completed work and if a customer is not pleased they don't have to pay me. And yes I do cash the checks. Down to the last one at which time a final itemized bill is presented and a final inspection is done and the final check is made out by the customer if they are pleased. And yes the check is cashed.
5. My warranty is still good to Ann. All she has to do is call me and any problems, due to our workmanship, will be repaired. Just because it's the right thing to do.
