When i was on line one day I saw this ad for us postal service. Underneath it was an add for a study guide book. So I immediately called the number to start the process of my new study book. I Spoke with a rep. named Kristie Elder. It Could have been fake seeing now that the company is a hoax. I placed my order, and the book came in now time. App. 2-3 days.

The day i order was 8/11/08. I was very anxious to start studying so I could have a great career. Unfortunately, while I was in school I began to have loads of classwork and stress from my job I had already. So now 5 months have gone by and I was cleaning my room, and I found the book.

I tried repeatedly to contact the company for my refund. There were no numbers listed and I have tried googly the company. The only thing that I have found are these reports of scam. I am furious that I was tricked out of my hard earned money. But I have wrote this report to seek help and advice on what I should do.

What you should do

First, make sure you have the right company. They give you a customer service phone number on the initial sales call as well as on a separate sheet of paper provided with the book they send. The customer service phone number is 800-709-0162.

Second, If you ordered Testing Authority's materials, call them and ask how to move forward. All of the representatives in the customer care department are very professional and eager to help you in going forward.

Third, Think about the initial phone call that you placed. No one promised you a job. What they do is give you the study materials which will help you in doing better on the exam that you have to take to work for the US postal service. Follow the instructions that are on that sheet of paper. It tells you to go to www.testingauthorityinc.com. Click on Client Login. Click on new to the site register now and put in the requested information.

Fourth, Don't blame the company for doing their job. It's ok to be upset because you don't understand, but when someone provides you with a confirmation number and contact information, make sure you write it down and don't lose it.

I hope this helps you along your way.
