I would like to make a complaint on the designer teuta matoshi duriqi.
This designer's dresses are very low quality, bad fabrics and materials, as well as very bad tailoring.
The price paid for this designer's dresses are way too expensive compared to the quality in real life.
The dresses in real life are nothing similar to what is shown in the pictures and the website.
The dresses are a total nightmare and a total rubbery.

We're sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with our products. Our company strives for the best customer service possible. On your case we offered you a full refund and compesation for shipping charges to return the products that you bought from us. Once you refused to return the dresses, we were forced to not refund you since you did NOT return the dresses to us. We also spoke and contacted Paypal and they essentailly aggreed with us. Thus we won the case. We are not sure what else, as a company, can do more for you as customer. IF you don't like the product, please return it in the same condition you received and you will receive a full refund.
