I was employed at texas roadhouse for several months, until had to resign because my manager, MIKE MEDRANO, made inappropriate comments about my appearance. Be warned: do not work there, as you may be subject to sexual harrassment just like i was. Practices like this are illegal.
ON top of that, The grand prairie location has a very out-of-control rodent and cockroach problem. I have seen the kitchen and food handling practices, and alot of it breaks health code (more like most of it...)

I have worked for the Texas Roadhouse for 4 years. I love it! I am 30 and it is the best employer that I have ever had. Management is passionate and caring; they truly care about having satisfied guests. The culture is everything and the culture embraces customer satisfaction. The Roadhouse is very accomodating with my school schedule and have been very supportive.
I don't think it is fair to paint the whole company as awful just because of a bad experience. There are bad people everywhere, no matter what line of business. It sounds like the employee here may be a little disgruntled and unfair.
