texascarregistration.org Never received registration sticker well after 10 business days

Site said I would recieve my renewed car registration sticker in the mail at the address the TxDMV had on file. They have my current mailing address on file--it's what's on my DL and voter registration card. Furthermore, I gave texascarregistration.org my correct mailing address.

Thought it was sketchy to charge as much as $40 for their "concierge fee" but didn't think much of it until well after 10 business days when the renewal documents were due to arrive and still nothing. Apparently someone on ScamAdviser had the exact same experience and found out their refund process is as bogus as it looks.

This is apparently a widely repeated type of grift so I want Texans to be aware of this website in particular. I came across the site when I searched "twostepsonesticker" and it came up at the very top in a Google AdSense link so I filed a complaint with Google AdSense as well.
