spent nearly 4 months working with this company to secure a mortgage, each time a false closing date was set. after spending 500.00 on appraisals and fees, and no return calls or emails i became very suspicious. thats when the next email came up requesting an additional funding of 8-10,000.00 to pay on a credit account that was closed several years ago. i immediately terminated all services and ties with this company and offer this fair but stern warning to all who read this, stay away from them,  their only interest is to "milk" you for funds and never produce a loan.
