Texsun Pools ,Poor to no customer service Houston Texas

This reguards a Jacuzzi J355 hot tub brought from the Louetta store about 3 years ago. Now they will not service the area i live, offer poor to no assistance in
problem shooting of the spa

1 When brought the spa. They knew lived about a hour plus from them. But it was all about the sale than. On delivery, they complained about the distance and basically just dropped the spa. No set up,instructions, just drop and run.

2 about a year or less later, had an issue where the spa just would not run. Calls did no good so went to the store. They acted like it was a pain to just talk to you. Well after a few i still got a warranty conversations i did get them back out but it was work. They are the only Jacuzzi dealer in Houston according to them sooooo they let you know it tooo. If i was jacuzzi would make they arent the jacuzzi dealer in Houston.

3 Now a year later it broke again. Emails dont get answered. Phone calls to there tech department let you know they do not service the area. Trying to get
information where you can get service or parts gets the same ole we are the only dealers in towns.But they do not return your calls, you have to keep calling till get
someone to take your call.

So now basically got a spa sold by Texsun Pools with no way to get service or support with a problem. They are all help and talk till get your money. If you live in a outlying area i would stay away from this company. Because you will have nothing but a big ole anchor on your patio if breaks.
