I ordered a textbook from Textbookx.com on 12/29/07 and they charged my credit card for the book. Today, they sent me an email stating that they don't have the book that I ordered from their website afterall. That was EIGHT days ago, and they're just now telling me this? If they didn't have the book then why are they selling it on their website in the first place? And what timing when my CLASS STARTS TOMORROW. Now I'm completely screwed because they're incompetent and deceitful. What further pisses me off is that I emailed them the same day I ordered the book and asked them if the study guide was included, and of coarse they NEVER replied back.
Don't let this company rip you off by making you think they really have the books listed on their website. They will charge your credit card and then screw you over at the last second.
