TFS ,The Farm Supply ignorant, refused to answer calls, false information about refund never submitted entirely a RIP OFF Copiague, New York

We ordered 1 gallon paint they sent 4 gallons used credit card wanted to send back. They told us we owed them 5 gallon, exchanged 3 gallon for different colors. Because of misunderstanding in September they offered to re-imburse my credit card of $150.00 This transaction never took place.  I have been calling daily, leaving messages no response. Twice girl who answered said she was doing transaction as we spoke but ny credit card has not shown transaction,. I asked credit card supervisor and she advised a dispute.  I had no idea of the reputation this place has.
