An after work affair on Jan 27th with a party of 20 or more was treated like dirt. We came to TGIF to thank GOd it was Friday but turned out to be the worst Friday every . Todd the manager made us leave saying we were loud and not important enough for there store setting . Oh by the way we were paying customers with tabs .. Racism is still alive in well. Boycott TGIF..Don't forget to ask for the New manger "Todd"

I pretty much have a feeling that you more than likely got in his face stating that you were a paying customer or something to that effect and his response was something along the lines of "Your business is not THAT important."
Don't be a child and throw the race card out b/c you were prevented from bothering other paying customers.

...just so I could visit this restaurant and give them my business!!! For the manager to kick out a party of 20, you must have a pretty loud bunch. You say you were "paying customers"? Yeah well so were all the other people there that night that were trying to have a nice time.

P.S. the racism comment was ridiculous. Nothing in your complaint demostrated that you and your party were discriminated against based on color, race, national origin, etc. You have basically called this manager a racist. Thats a pretty serious accusation.

What is your reason for playing the race card?

I feel a restaurant is within their rights to ask loud or boisterous customers to leave. This is very annoying to others who come in for dinner and drinks. However, I don't believe you were told you were 'not important enough for there(sic) store setting.'

What is your reason for playing the race card? Just what was said to make you think this? I think you and your group just got out of hand and are upset that you were rightly asked to leave.

He didn't toss you out because you are not white, he tossed you out because you were a loud raucous group bothering other "paying customers with tabs" who were behaving themselves. Don't play the race card unless there's actual racism involved, it's the equivalent of crying wolf when there's no actual danger.
