Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Thanx is a group of thieves. They are destroying the reputations of small businesses and stealing your financial information, nothing more. The only reason people download their app is after a false promise of a $5-10 rebate. You must input your credit card info to get started. The rebate never comes. Weird stuff immediately starts happening to your account used with the app. Weird stuff starts happening to your phone. This company is a group of thieves, nothing more. Zach Goldstein is the leader of this group of thieves. I hope his karma comes back 10 fold for his dispicable behavior towards the working general public.

Zach Goldstein personally reached out to correct this mistake. Beyond his customers, small businesses, he cares about making sure his end users are taken care of. Admittedly there was some confusion on my end that fueled my frustration. Nonetheless Zach and his staff at Thanx worked hard to correct the issue of reimbursement. Zach and Thanx are certainly not thrives. I would delete my original report if possible. That's how satisfied I am with the resolution.
