COX CONCESSIONS......... I WILL HAVE TO GIVE COX A NEGATIVE 10. OUR FAMILY HAS BEEN TREATED LIKE MUD ON THEIR SHOES. WE VENDED FOR THEM FOR THUNDER OVER LOUISVILLE. THEY PLUGGED US INTO SOME BRAIN STORM YOU WANT TO CALL AN OUTLET. THE OUTLET BLEW CAUSING OUR ENTIRE HOOD SYSTEM TO BE MELTED. KEEP IN MIND THIS WAS OUR 2ND EVENT WITH ALL BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO REPLACE THE SYSTEM AND PAY FOR THE TEMPORARY FIX WE ARE STILL RUNNING ON AND THE REPLIES I GET FROM THEM IS NOT OUR FAULT AND DONT CONTACT ME AGAIN. FOR A BUSINESS THAT HAS BEEN AROUND FOR 50 PLUS YEARS THEY SURE TREAT THE PEOPLE THAT GOT THEM TO THE TOP LIKE CRAP........I WILL FOLLOW THROUGH WITH CONTACTING THE KDF, MATT GIBSON, WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT AND DAVID KAREM . I WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING ANY AND ALL NEWS CHANNELS. YOU PEOPLE MAKE A KILLING OFF PEOPLE LIKE US YOU SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS AND WILL BE
THIS WAS THE RESPONSE I GOT WHEN I ASKED WHERE THEY STOOD IN THEIR SO CALLED INVESTIGATION. THEY TOOK A POST OFF MY FACEBOOK PAGE AND TWISTED IT. MY POST SAID THUNDER OVER LOUISVILLE WAS OFF THE CHAIN AS FAR AS THE FIREWORKS WERE CONCERNED ...YOU CAN SEE BY HIS RESPONSE THEY ARE GOOD AT TWISTING WORDS. Ms. Osman

Our review of the matter leads to the conclusion that our client has no liability in this matter. I note your continued reference to employing counsel. Once you have done so please have your attorney contact me.
I do want to advise you that should you carry through on your threats of contacting third parties, we will protect our client’s interests should your actions amount to defamation or interfere with business or contractual relationships. I would assume your attorney will advise you accordingly.
In closing, I understand this may be a new venture for you and we wish you well. Unfortunately there is a learning curve to any industry, especially the food and beverage business. I also would assume that when a company has been in business for 50 years as has my family’s, you will encounter those that may have negative comments. I can assure you however that the positive feedback from persons attending or participating in the country’s largest events that we have had the honor of serving over the past 50 years easily out weighs the bad.
I am happy to note on your Facebook page your reference to Thunder being “off the chain…” and that you apparently suffered no loss of business at that or any subsequent event. I wish you well with the rest of your season.

and they plugged us in..........fake? are you serious they charged us 2500.00 to set up with them as well as the others that vended there. I have 3 business's I dont need to dig into anyones deep pockets just for them to do whats right . I am a single mother of 3 that does very well for herself so claiming I am trying to go for gold here is absurd. If they are so reputable they would of offered to make it right some how, way shape or form, not just passing the buck. They slaughter the little man in this business and you would think morally they would at least try to do the right thing....guess the old mighty dollar is worth more then the value of your character these days.

While Im 100% sure YOU think its their responsibility, there are a few points that I would ask YOU to address. Was COX the sponsor of the event? Did a COX representative "plug you in"?. If COX was the sponsor of the event, then it would be the BUILDING in which the event was held that would have "responsibility" as it would have been THEIR plug and THEIR maintenance crew or lack there of. I ask if a COX representative plugged you in because if THEY did not do that, then it would be YOUR responsibility to ensure that YOUR equipment was protected from surges by having your equipment plugged into surge protectors. Im finding your post to be a bit FAKE. It really just sounds like there was an incident and YOU don't think YOU should have to pay for anything. It sounds like your looking for the deepest pockets to hit. I would wish you luck but Im thinking that there wont be any for YOU in this situation. THEY have already given you their response. Life isn't "fair" and sometimes we have to eat all that unfair. I would suggest that you find another tree to bark up because this one isn't going to pay out for you. I would suggest that YOU stop looking for someone to blame and just accept YOUR part in it and move on. However Im sure that YOU will do as EVERY poster on this site does. Once its found out what your ploy is for making this report, YOU will degenerate to name calling and attempting to point your fingers at the ONE PERSON who is attempting to assist you. YOU will say something to the effect of "you work for them". YOU posters do this as a defense mechanism. For some reason you people find it IMPOSSIBLE that not everyone is buying the load you are slinging. So since the person who rebuts doesn't believe your story, then they MUST automatically work for the people you are whining about. Get over it and move on. THEY have already given you their answer. All you are doing by making a online post on a public forum is putting yourself in danger of being sued in civil court for slander and defamation of character. This post would be used against you in a court of law. All they need to do is present a court order demanding the information of the individual who made that post and they will KNOW it was YOU!!! YOU are NOT anonymous online. As an adult one would think YOU would understand that everything you do is tracked and logged in some way. So be careful, all you are doing is setting yourself up for even more trouble in the future.
