I paid a total of $94.50 for a plaque that I never recieved and a book with my poem in it that I never recieved.
the book was suppose to be called A celebration of poetry. with the Isbn number of 0-9743429-5-5
I used a credit card and they did take the money,I waited the 6 weeks and never heard from them, it has been 7 weeks now.
is there anything I can do to get my money back?

as of april 16th 2004 my credit card company is investigating this company,I should recieve a full return. and paperwork from the credit card company on what they find out on the american poets society
