The Associates aka Citi Financial misleading ripoff prepay penalty Reno Nevada

Initialed never given copy, 5 year ripoff abused & mistreated ripoff .....

I'll keep it short and sweet. I did not know much about second mortgages so I got Took by the Associates aka Citifinacial. after 3 years I figured my prepay period had to be over. I could not find it in my contract.

When I called they said I initialed a 5 year prepay penalty. I asked why this was not in my contract. she stated they donot give copies of that. my question is why give you a contract and exclude such an important Item. I just feel Ripped off because now I am refinacing for the great rates now offered and they want $1700.

I paid them plenty to get the loan. paid a large interest rate 11% equaling $10,000 in interest alone over a 3 year period. That's not enough for them They want 6 months interest to pay it off? and they still have not produced any documentation with my initials. It's in the mail I'm told.
