Steve, the owner of the Auto shop charged me 900.00 dollars to rebuild a ABS unit for my car. After paying for it in full I discovered it was not fixed. After 5 months, I still do not have my money back. But I paid 325 dollars more to get it fixed at a reputable place. I have the receipt; can anyone help.

EASY EASY SOLUTION

AUTHOR: Dave - (U.S.A.)

It's called SMALL CLAIMS COURT. Very easy to prove, take both receipts with you. This is an easy win. Especially with ripoff auto repair shops.

After you win, tell the court you would like a 'till tap', that means the sheriff will go to the place and snatch any money that is brought in.
