7/16/03 Brickman Group Limited was issued citation 7:30-9.15 "failed to provide notification to a person who requested notification prior to pesticide applications" by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Agency. "Business failed to post flags before the start of the pesticide application."

These pesticides are dangerous chemicals and I cannot be around them as I have gotten seriously ill from them. My doctor wrote that nothing can be sprayed around my residence and to notify me two weeks prior to new application. The development that uses them had agreed in writing to this with another state agency.

This past Friday, May 2, 2008, they violated an agreement they had signed and showed up, again, before I had received notice that they were coming. A new complaint has been filed with the NJ DEP.

I continue to be terrorized by them as the notice I received after they had come indicates that they are going to be spraying "throughout the community" on "each Friday." Nothing in there letter says they are skipping the area by my home in violation of the agreement and my safety. They have made my home unlivable as I cannot stay away one day a week -- as it is now, about twice a year, I flee for the day when I know they are coming -- but, every week makes it unlivable for me and I have no where else to go.

This greedy company only cares about killing weeds right away regardless of the safety of the residents who pay a lot of money to keep a roof over their head. If you have had a problem with them too, please use this information to sue them.
