I ordered a Bite Pillow for my 13 month old American Pit Bull Terrier on 2-25-09. It is now 3-10-09 and I have not received it yet. After several attempts to contact the seller (Mike @ The Bully House aka ChameleonCondo@aol.com) via email/phone, I still have not received a call back or reply to my email.

I have sent a complaint through Pay Pal and will file another dispute with the FBI Internet Fraud Division in hopes that this will not happen to another person and have the site shut down for illegal practice. I urge everyone who has a similiar problem with this website to do the same. Rip-Off!!!
