THE CAR SHIPPING COMPANY JMS ENDEAVORS, INC 49 EXPRESS RIP OFF COMPANY GAINESVILLE, Florida
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Rebuttal to Post
THE CAR SHIPPING COMPANY., aka Mr. Jeff Shaffer had another company by the name of 49 Express in Gainesville FL for which he damaged cars, never paid the claims, and was shut down by the DOT. I do not think that this is the kind of individual that you would like to do business with.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Rebuttal to Post
AUTHOR: Jeff - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, May 16, 2018
This post, likely submitted by Gregory Sclafani, has no factual basis. As the former owner of several automobile transport brokerage companies - each reiteration a poor reincarnation of a previous company he so sullied he needed to change business names - Gregory Sclafani was upset with me for spreading the word about his illegal behavior and encouraging his victims to file claims against his surety bond AND contact the office of the New York Attorney General.
Mr. Sclafani's illegal behavior prompted the US Postal Service and the New York State Police to investigate his business affairs. As a result of a lengthly and thorough scouring of Mr. Sclafani's conduct, Defendant Sclafani was arrested, charged and plead guilty to mail fraud and was sentenced to 30 months in prison. An online search of 'Greg Sclafani' will provide sufficient evidence. While I am still in business, for fear of being thrown back into prison convicted felon Greg Sclafani does not dare reenter the only business he knows. (I do not need to get into the mud with this individual, and because he is both broke and broken a law suit alleging defamation of my good character would be pointless. I will, however, take this opportunity to set the record straight.)
