my mom just bought a car feb 10 and they say that they cant fix the promblem with the car bec we bought a use car the oil was leaking and the senor was bad the car was shakeing ang the male name ruben say that we bpught a use car and that they cant fix it.
i think that when u buy a use car from a dealer u should not have promblem in less then 30 days of buying it

Unless you live in one of the few states (like NY) that require used car warranties, that is not a good assumption. If you expect the seller to give you a thirty day warranty, you have to include that in the contract. If you don't, then you're agreeing to by the car "as is". That's why they give you a paper to sign or initial that says exactly that.
Buying a used car "as is" without having it inspected by your mechanic is nothing more than rolling the dice with your money. You might get lucky and have a car with no problems, or you might end up with a lemon.
