The Children's Place non-receipt of credit card and bill; excessive late fees Secaucus New Jersey

On January 2007, I made a purchase from The Children's Place in Huntington Beach, CA, for approximately $22.00. Enticed by discount, I applied and was accepted for The Children's Place credit card.

I was watching for the credit card and bill to come in the mail, but, to this date, none has been received.

On April 6th, I called the headquarters of The Children's Place to inquire about my account and was told I owed over $60.00.

I believe this is outrageous late fees. I have never received a bill nor have I received the credit card.

In response to my complaint,they suggested I contact the postmaster general.
