My bonehead broker hired these people without checking their credentials, had I've known and wasn't too busy packing and moving I would had gone with someone else with more integrity and ethics.  They will delay and lie through their teeth throughout your project causing the repairs to last months longer than it should while they take on many clients and damage your property. 

No care in the world and treat you like garbage, there are many complaints on Yelp about the same thing, in addition to this, they will swindle more money from you when for repairs that you didn't really need, in total they will charge several thousand dollars more than it should cost.

Really annoying people, they never show up when they say they will and will make up a bunch of excuses.  Poor communication and will breach the business contract and will make someone with the most humble and calm personality lose their mind and temper. 

Avoid at all costs. They will swindle you out of thousands of dollars and damage your property along the way as well and piss you off without a care in the world and act self-righteous as if they are doing you a favor for showing up.

Terrible business model, practice and management.
