I sent a post dated check for $97.00 for info regarding a contact for cash loans. I ran into financial problems and contacted them asking them not to cash the check. I returned their materials by first class mail. They claimed you have 30 days to decide to keep or return the materials for a full refund. I emailed them telling them their materials were on the way back to them. They only gave me two weeks to return it, and I did that on time. They claimed they never received it, cashed my check.

Our policy states that there is a 30 day guarantee for a full refund if the product ordered is returned in resaleable condition within 30 days of shipment. We always advise returns be made with a confirmation of delivery or tracking number.
If a check is post dated and the date on the check passes before the 30 day guarantee, and the product is returned, a refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the return. We issue refunds weekly for reports that have been returned.
If the writer of this complaint would like to contact our office with the tracking or delivery information that can be confirmed, we would be happy to issue a refund. Please keep in mind, as with any vendor, we are not responsible for packages not delivered by any carrier, for any reason.
