I shipped my Studebaker bumper to Dave Parks. July 2017 with a $300 deposit for repair and rechroming. After several false delivery dates, I asked him to return the bumper as is and keep the deposit. He claims that he no longer has it and has given it to a friend for finishing. He will not provide the contact no. or location of the bumper. I have contacted a TV news investigative reporter and her segment airs July 11 on the 6pm news. Just return the d**n part!
