I recently bought a Dell Axim pocketpc from this company, which stated that they were new, and they were just selling them at a discounted price. I bought in good faith. When I received the item, it had scratches on the screen and casing, and the stylus was dirty.

I called them and they insisted that they were new and that one had been sent to me by mistake. I then received a replacement which was in the same condition, only cleaner.

I then called Dell Corp to inquire about the serial number and they confirmed that it was a refurbished item and that they had received a number of calls concerning that shipment which was made to that retailer.

I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they have refused.
