Scheduled Charlie to come out to hang sheet rock in the new dog house. He showed up late, spent several hours in this 4x4 area, went through 2 sheets of sheet rock (sent us to buy 2 more), 2 -6' 2x4's (sent us to buy 3 more) and suckered me into paying him half up-front. He was supposed to come back the next day, instead he called several hours late with another sob story (after my husband and I had both left messages) and rescheduled for Saturday... to which he never showed up and hasn't returned our calls.

I used Charlie on two ocassions in my home to do some sheetrock work, and to rebuild a storm damaged fence. On both occassions he was ontime and did a wonderful job at what I thought was a very fair price. I would, and have, referred him to several of my friends and neighbors and to my knowledge they all had a similar positive expierence as I did. I would hire him again in an instant. In my expierences with the man, I don't see that it would be in his character to do what is outlined in this report. I believe that this report is far from the truth of what happened.
