The Diva Dog never sent my item and never refunded my money Internet

I ordered a personalized dog collar on 1/25/08. By 2/6/08 I still hadn't received my item so I emailed customer service and they kindly responded telling me it shipped they day before 2/5/08 therefore I should have it sometime the following week. (Keep in mind they were able to track it and see that it had shipped.)

2/22/08 still nothing so I attempted to go on their website and track it which didn't give me any info so I emailed them again. They told me unfortunately they couldn't track the package and tell me where it was or if it had already been delivered to someone else, implying it could have gone to my neighbor. At that time they offered to send me another one. I promptly told them I would never do business with them again and that they were extremely unprofessional and to send my money back.

Well to make a very long story short, here we are in April and I still have not received the item nor have I gotten my refund and now they won't return my emails. They did suggest to me to contact my credit card company to get the charge reversed but I refused because they have done nothing but screw up ever since this order was placed.

Use extreme caution if planning on ordering from these pricks.....
